Mrs. Silvia Marussich-Starin is the Operations Director for Behavior Analysis, Inc. She has more than 25 years clinical and administrative experience with a many populations and programs. Silvia has administered state-funded programs for persons with developmental and related disabilities, including residential, educational, vocational and supported employment programs. She has also worked in the treatment of populations not widely treated behaviorally including in-patient substance-abusing adolescents and adults, out-patient substance-abusing adolescents and adults, cocaine-exposed infants and children, DUI offenders, and children in foster care programs. Silvia was also a practicing Certified Behavior Analyst for many years. One of her major interests is in reducing the negative effects that an individual’s problem behaviors create for the entire family and significant others.
Silvia’s current responsibilities include program development, grant writing, and contract management. Silvia oversees Behavior Analysis, Inc.’s and our sister, non-profit agency, Behavior Analysis and Therapy, Inc.’s administrative supports services, including the accounting and human resources departments.
Silvia’s past clinical experience in assisting others develop to their full potential has translated as an administrator into assisting our staff members to develop and perform to their full potential, maximizing Behavior Analysis, Inc.’s and Behavior Analysis and Therapy, Inc.’s commitment to the delivery of high quality services, excellent customer services, and fairness in every aspect of our practices.
