We provide the following supervision options for persons certified or desiring to be certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board:
IMPORTANT NEWS FOR BOARD CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE BEHAVIOR ANALYSTS !
As
of January 1, 2009 the Behavior Analysis Certification Board will
automatically re-title all Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts
(BCABA) as Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA). The
title, Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCBA) may no longer
be used after that date. In addition, as of January 1, 2009, all BCaBAs
must receive at least one hour of supervision each month (12 hours per
year) by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. All BCaBAs must obtain
this supervision in order to maintain their certification, even if they
are not currently providing behavior analysis services. Click here for

SUPERVISION TO BECOME A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST
Our Supervised Independent Fieldwork is accepted by the Behavior
Analyst Certification Board for persons studying to become a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst. One or more of our team of expert Board
Certified Behavior Analysts will supervise all aspects of behavioral
program design and implementation ensuring ethical and effective
behavior analysis services. This supervision can be provided anywhere
in the world in English or Spanish.
You may begin supervision any time after beginning coursework to meet Behavior Analysis Certification Board requirements. You must accumulate 1500 hours of supervised experience, 5% (75 hours) of which must be spent in direct supervision. The exact schedule of supervision depends upon the number of hours you are spending per week engaging in behavior analysis activities but typically ranges from one to 3 hours every other week. Supervision may be done in person, by phone, via internet-based technologies or some combination of the above. MONTHLY SUPERVISION FOR BOARD CERTIFIED ASSISTANT BEHAVIOR ANALYSTS
We can also provide the Monthly BCaBA Supervision required by the
Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). One or more of our team
of expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts will provide the necessary
supervisory interactions including individual case consultation
(assessment, data collection, intervention, outcomes, program
modifications), ethical considerations and professional development
needs and opportunities. This supervision can be provided anywhere in
the world in English or Spanish.
The BACB requires at least one hour per month of supervision (12 hours per year), two of which must be conducted in person. The monthly supervision will be provided in face-to-face meetings or via electronic video chat sessions, as required by the BACB.
