WE SPECIALIZE IN THE FOLLOWING ON-SITE CONSULTATION ACTIVITIES
ABA Services: Our expert behavior analysts are available to come to you to work with one or more children and/or train your team of professionals who work with the child(ren). For each child, we will complete a comprehensive assessment, develop an individualized ABA program and train parents and professionals in carrying out the program. We can provide in-person or long-distance follow up. Services range from a single child in a family home to several children in a classroom or ABA center.
Behavior Reduction Services: Our behavior analysts can also provide consultation to individuals displaying challenging behavior. We'll complete a functional analysis, develop an individualized behavioral intervention plan and train parents or staff on how to carry out the program. We can also train staff in how to carry out functional assessments and analyses on their own and how to develop function-based interventions based on these assessments and analyses. We have experience in this area ranging from a single child with learning and behavior problems to hundreds of adolescents and adults residing in state-operated facilities.
Educational Services. In educational settings, our staff are available to provide independent evaluations of specific children's educational and behavioral programs, provide training in classroom management, set up ABA-based classrooms and many other activities related to effective educational practices. We have experience in public and private schools from pre-school through high school.
Developmental Disabilities Services: We have a great deal of expertise working directly with individuals who have developmental disabilities in nearly every conceivable residential and work setting. Our services range from consultations regarding a specific individual to establishing large, facility-wide systems and supports to promote learning, positive behavior and independence. We specialize in creating supportive, effective and humane learning and treatment environments and have worked closely with state and federal authorities to improve the lives of thousands of persons with developmental disabilities.
Mental Health Services: Our expert behavior analysts are also available to address individual behavioral deficits and excesses typical of many mental health diagnoses as oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and social and specific phobias. We have experience ranging from single individuals with one or more mental health diagnoses through dozens of individuals residing in large state-operated mental health hospitals.
Systems Analysis and Design Services: We can provide a great deal of assistance and support to agencies who desire to improve services to their consumers. Our behavior analysts conduct thorough eco-behavioral evaluations of the educational and treatment environments and design systems to promote learning, behavior and independence. We have experience with staff selection, training, supervision and performance management; effective and humane educational and behavioral programming; consumer and staff satisfaction; meeting state and federal regulatory requirements and many, many more related areas. Sizes of agencies we've helped range from small "mom and pop" group homes to very large state-operated facilities with hundreds of residents. No problem is too big.
