If you do not live in the south Florida area – you are still in luck. We offer several options for you to access our state-of-the-art services. Below are some options for obtaining our services. All of these are available in English or in Spanish.

COME TO US

Many families choose to visit south Florida (Miami or Ft. Lauderdale) in order to take advantage of our outstanding services as well as everything else beautiful south Florida has to offer. Consider this option if you have a child on the autism spectrum and would like a thorough evaluation, comprehensive behavioral treatment program and training on conducting that program. Upon leaving, you will have a state-of-the-art Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment program and will be able to competently carry out the program yourself. Some families even bring in their child’s therapist(s) to get trained on conducting the program when they return home. We can then provide ongoing supervision using one, or more, of the options below.

Families come to us from around the world and stay here from 2 weeks to 6 months or more. Many combine this with a Florida vacation. The are able to get therapy for their son or daughter while taking advantage of our world class beaches, restaurants, night clubs (think South Beach), arts, entertainment, water sports, as well as visiting area attractions including the Florida Keys, the Everglades, Disneyworld, Sea World, and many, many other activities. Or, you can just relax around the pool (year round!).

WE'LL COME TO YOU
If traveling to us doesn’t make sense, our highly trained and experienced staff can come to you. Consider this option when getting time off from work is difficult, one or more family members finds it difficult to travel, services are needed at multiple locations, many people need to be involved in the treatment process or you just plain don’t want to travel. Our staff will travel to your location and provide the same great evaluation and treatment that you’d get from us in south Florida.

Our staff is also available to come to your location to conduct training workshops on many topics related to effective educational and behavioral treatment. Behavior Analysis, Inc. is approved by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board to provide Type 2 Continuing Education credits (ACE provider number: OP-02-0008).

We also provide behavioral program and systems design to public and private agencies. Our customers have included agencies providing outstanding services, newly established agencies, established agencies that wished to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their behavioral treatment, agencies at risk of losing their license due to inadequate behavioral treatment, and agencies already involved in state and federal lawsuits due to inadequate behavioral services. DISTANCE CONSULTATION
In many cases, we can provide services through some combination of telephone, email, fax, internet cameras and so on. This option works best when time is of the essence, funding does not allow for travel, services are not needed at multiple sites, services involve only 2-3 individuals (child plus one to two others), and/or the presenting problem is not overly complex or severe. Very challenging cases cannot usually be effectively dealt with using distance consulting methods.

Using our distance consulting methods we have been able to successfully conduct evaluations, develop individuals treatment programs, train others to carry out the treatment procedures, monitor implementation of the treatment procedures, and monitor progress towards achieving treatment goals.
