Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Youth)

argue1Description: This position provides direct behavior analysis services to children and familes where the child is at risk of out-of-home placement and/or to foster families. Please our Family Strengthening program description for more information.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include conducting ecological and functional assessments, developing treatment plans, training parents and caregivers to carry out the treatment plan, analyzing progress data, modifying the treatment plan and conducting follow up services as necessary. These positions require travel within the local area.

Location: Southwest Florida (Naples, Ft. Myers).

Minimum Qualifications: The candidate will have (a) a minimum of a masters degree from an educational program whose primary emphasis is behavior analysis; (b) one or more years supervised experience developing, training, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans; (c) effective oral and written communication skills; and (d) outstanding social skills. The candidate must also be able to pass a rigorous criminal backround screening. Special consideration will be given to persons who speak fluent Spanish fluently.

Certification Requirement: The candidate for this position must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within six months of the start date. Others will not be considered for this position – please do not apply if you do not meet this criterion.
