Before we started Behavior Analysis, Inc. my son Ryan, had many behaviors that hindered his health and lifestyle. One of the key behaviors that we focused on was eating new food. Ryan's food intake was extremely limited. No meat, vegetables or fruit.
We worked week after week and our behavior therapist wrote many plans to try, retry and implement ways to introduce new food. We would follow through during the week with the reward systems that were suggested. At first, Ryan was very resistant and food went flying. Screams and sounds were prevalent most of the sessions. I can remember one time when I know our therapist left with oatmeal stuck in her hair. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. After a year and a half of consistent therapy and training, Ryan eats most all vegetables, fruits and meat. He started growing off the charts. We can now enjoy meals with our son and going out is becoming a great adventure instead of our worst nightmare. We are blessed beyond our wildest dreams and we will be forever grateful of our experience with Behavior Analysis, Inc.
